Terms of Use

1. Account & Access

Each Prepdex account is for individual use only. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, allow others to access your account, or use a single account across multiple people. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Allow concurrent access to your account from multiple users
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Prepdex content including flashcards, practice tests, study guides, and explanations
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content from Prepdex
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any Prepdex materials
• Manipulate study records, progress data, or achievement tracking

You are liable for any unauthorized sharing or distribution of Prepdex content. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Content Ownership

All study materials on Prepdex — including flashcards, practice test questions, study guides, expert explanations, and study plan algorithms — are the proprietary property of Prepdex. Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from this content without explicit written permission is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

4. Account Termination

Prepdex reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, including but not limited to shared access, content distribution, or manipulation of study records. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds, including under the Exam Pass Guarantee.

5. Exam Pass Guarantee

The Prepdex Exam Pass Guarantee is subject to its own specific terms and eligibility requirements, available at /guarantee. Guarantee eligibility requires compliance with these Terms of Use. Accounts found in violation of these terms are not eligible for guarantee refunds.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. One-time exam bundle purchases are non-refundable except under the Exam Pass Guarantee. Subscription payments may be canceled at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Prepdex does not store credit card information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prepdex provides exam preparation tools and study materials. We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome beyond the explicit terms of the Exam Pass Guarantee. Prepdex is not responsible for exam scheduling, testing center issues, or changes to exam content by licensing authorities. Use of Prepdex is at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

Prepdex may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
