How It Works

Purchase any exam study bundle on Prepdex, study the material, take your official exam — and if you don't pass, we'll refund your full purchase price. It's that simple.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under the Exam Pass Guarantee, you must meet the following study engagement requirements:

• ✓ Purchased an eligible exam study bundle ($39.99)
• ✓ Studied on at least 5 separate days before your exam date
• ✓ Completed at least 3 full practice test sessions
• ✓ Reviewed at least 2 study guide sessions

How to Claim

If you meet the eligibility requirements and don't pass your official exam:

1. Email support@prepdex.io within 14 days of receiving your exam results
2. Include a screenshot or PDF showing your non-passing result
3. Include the email address associated with your Prepdex purchase

We'll verify your study activity and process your refund within 5 business days.
