How It Works

Purchase any exam Pass Plan on Prepdex, follow your plan, prove mastery of the material — and if you don't pass your official exam, we'll refund your full purchase price. Your study plan's readiness score tracks your progress toward guarantee eligibility in real time.

Eligibility Requirements

The short version: follow your plan, prove you're ready, and if you still don't pass, we refund you. Here are the specifics:

To qualify for a refund under the Exam Pass Guarantee, you must meet all four requirements before your exam date. Your study plan tracks each one automatically.

Topic Mastery

Master at least 80% of topics in your exam with no weak areas remaining. Mastery means proving consistent recall over multiple study sessions spaced over time — not just a single high score.

Practice Test Performance

Complete at least 3 practice tests. Score 75% or higher on 2 of your last 3, with your most recent score at 70% or above.

Study Consistency

Study on at least 10 separate days, be active in 3 of the last 4 weeks before your exam, and maintain no gaps longer than 7 days. Consistent study builds lasting retention.

Readiness Score

Achieve a readiness score of 75% or higher. This composite score weighs your topic mastery, practice test trends, spaced repetition compliance, and overall coverage.

All four requirements are tracked in your study plan dashboard under "Pass Guarantee Progress." You can check your eligibility status at any time.

How to Claim

If you meet the eligibility requirements and don't pass your official exam:

  1. Email support@prepdex.io within 14 days of receiving your exam results
  2. Include a screenshot or PDF showing your non-passing result
  3. Include the email address associated with your Prepdex purchase

We'll verify your study activity and process your refund within 5 business days.

  • • Guarantee applies to the official licensing or certification exam only — not Prepdex practice test scores
  • • All four eligibility requirements must be met before your exam date, as verified through your Prepdex study plan data
  • • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your exam results
  • • Refunds may be denied for fraud, account sharing, or manipulated study records
  • • Guarantee eligibility is based on following your personalized study plan as recommended. Consistently skipping recommended topics, studying out of order, or not completing scheduled reviews may affect your eligibility. Eligibility determinations in these cases are made at Prepdex's discretion on a case-by-case basis
